I specialise in labour law, including the drafting of employment contracts, executive service agreements, competition and non-solicitation clauses and severance agreements. Furthermore, I help our clients with amendments of terms, business transfers, termination and dismissal of employees, employment policies and every other employment issue an employer may have.As a junior associate in an international law firm, my practice spans a number of the firm's key sectors. Recently, I have been working on matters across our International HR Services, Corporate and Dispute Resolution areas. My work over the past year includes among other things employment issues due to transfer of businesses and actions of damages for want of compliance with the terms of contract.I am proactive and have a positive, constructive and open dialogue with our clients. I believe that clients get the most valuable work when they receive honest and realistic guidance in relation to their problems.I joined Bird & Bird in 2018 as a part of my junior associate programme. The thing I enjoy most about being a junior associate is providing our clients with valuable help and advice. I appreciate being available to our clients with the best possible advice when they need assistance in either a positive or negative situation. This is what makes my work valuable to me.
