Pernille advises both Danish and international clients on a wide range of IT law, data protection and health data issues
Pernille is an associate in our Danish office with experience of advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and commercial data protection, IT and health data related issues. She advises clients on various local and cross-border data protection compliance matters, including the new General Data Protection Regulation and health data.
Her experience includes drafting and advising on privacy policies, data processing agreements, Privacy Impact Assessments and acceptable use policies. She has provided detailed advice on a variety of subjects, including security breaches, data subject rights, employee monitoring and whistleblowing schemes.
In addition, Pernille advises on health law issues, in particular related to health data and information security in relation to the health sector, concerning the private as well as the public sector.
Pernille also provides legal services in the areas of general IT law, e-commerce and marketing law.
She also contributes to articles on data protection and IT related issues and is a speaker at seminars and conferences on data protection law.
Pernille speaks Danish and English and understands German and the Scandinavian languages.
