Penelope has been involved in a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.
Penelope is an associate in our Intellectual Property Group, based in Singapore.
Her areas of practice encompass a range of non-contentious and contentious IP matters, with a focus on brand management and general IP advisory work. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of clients' global and regional trade mark portfolios, and regularly assists and advises clients on various commercial matters such as IP assignments and licensing across multiple jurisdictions, research and project collaboration agreements, distribution agreements, and other general commercial contracts and policies. Penelope was also part of a team advising a major international bank on negotiations of critical contracts with suppliers worldwide as part of Resolution and Recovery Planning.
Penelope graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2015 with a Magna Cum Laude. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016 after completing her practice training contract with us.
