I am an associate in the real estate team in Warsaw.

I specialise in advising clients on a variety of real estate matters.

I have been advising clients since 2011, and since 2015 as a legal advisor, specialising in the fields of real estate, civil and administrative law.

I developed a unique perspective as a real estate lawyer thanks to a combination of legal with business knowledge, primarily due to my experience gained as an in-house lawyer in an independent position in one of the most significant international developers acting on the Polish real estate market.

Moreover, I completed a series of CCIM training organized by the Polish Federation of Commercial Real Estate, which included: financial analysis, market analysis, analysis of user decisions and investment analysis of commercial real estate.

I support clients in real estate transactions, acting for investment funds, as well as international and domestic developers. I advise on issues relating to the investment and construction processes, commercialisation of real estate investments, in relation to shopping malls, office and commercial spaces. I also participated in a number of real estate due diligence matters.

  • Allianz Real Estate GmbH: advice in connection with the acquisition of the Platinum Business Park office buildings complex located in Warsaw.
  • Bluehouse Capital Advisor: assistance in acquisition of office buildings Malta House in Poznan and Alchemia I in Gdansk.
  • BPI Polska: assistance in connection with a residential and service project in Warsaw.
  • BUPA: assistance in connection with the acquisition of the LuxMed group.
  • Crescendo Real Estate Partners: (i) advice on the due diligence and negotiation of contract documents in connection with the investment in two logistics centres in Poland and (ii) assistance in connection with the financing of two projects.
  • ECHO Investment: assistance in relation to the planned sale of three shopping centres, including conducting due diligence and consultancy in the field of obtaining building permits.
  • Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen: advice on the financing of several office projects in Warsaw, including in connection with the refinancing of the Warta Tower building and the financing of Prosta Office Centre and Trinity Office Park.
  • Klepierre: representation in court cases regarding the termination of several commercial lease agreements and payment for rent in shopping centres and conducting negotiations concluded with the execution of a settlement.
  • Klepierre: advice on the ongoing management of shopping centres, including in connection with lease contracts and licences for electricity.
  • Skanska Property Poland: conducting real estate purchase and sale transactions as well as ongoing legal advice for the needs of investment projects and in the scope of lease agreements.
  • Company from a major international Private Equity Group - assistance in relation to reviewing, negotiating and executing a lease agreement regarding office premises in a prestigious office building: Centrum Marszałkowska.
  • Foreign investment fund: assistance in the commercialisation of one of the most recognised office buildings in Warsaw.
  • Foreign investment fund: assistance in several acquisitions of warehouse properties.
  • Foreign company: assistance in executing lease agreements for a number of commercial premises in Poland in connection with the Client's commencement of operations on the Polish market.
