I'm an associate in the Privacy & Data Protection team in Warsaw.

Data and privacy protection fascinate me both professionally and privately, since the importance and value of personal data have never been as high as they are today, where new technologies surround us in every aspect of our lives and require the constant processing of data.

I have been advising clients since 2013. In 2018, I joined Bird & Bird to focus professionally on the broad spectrum of data protection and cooperate with top global specialists in the field.
I support clients from the most innovative industries, including recruitment, employee benefits, fitness, IT services, financial services, medical products, FMCG and telecommunications. In my day-to-day work, I am involved in complex projects for companies with multinational operations. I assist clients in developing products and services in compliance with data protection law, negotiating the most favourable terms of data protection agreements, and operating online activities, including maintaining websites, in compliance with the applicable regulations. I assist with the development and implementation of policies and other documents in the area of personal data protection. I also represent clients in proceedings conducted by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in relation to personal data breaches, complaints from data subjects, and more.

I always strive to understand how my client's business operates so that I can offer them tailor-made, practical solutions that address both their business needs and the legal requirements.
