Patricia is an urban planning lawyer specialised in land and commercial buildings acquisitions.
Patricia is an Associate in our Real Estate department, based in Madrid. She is an expert in urban planning-related matters.
Patricia's expertise and practical experience includes providing legal advice to Public Administration and private companies on the drafting and negotiation of all kinds of agreements related to real estate assets. She also advises on the preparation of urban planning instruments, including providing guidance to the Town Hall of Madrid on the review of the General Urban Development Plan. She has also experience in a wide range of administrative and judicial proceedings, with broad experience in court.
As an urban planning and real estate lawyer, she specialises in real estate transactions for the acquisition of land, office buildings, shopping centres, hotels and unique buildings, with a particular focus on invertors in profitable properties.
She has coordinated and participated in several due diligences of business and real estate acquisitions. Notably, she took part in and coordinated one of the teams responsible for the Due Diligence Project required by the Spanish Government for the legal review of the real estate and financial assets transferred to SAREB ("Sociedad de Gestión de activos procedentes de la Reestructuración Bancaria") by the nationalised banks.
Before joining us, Patricia worked in the Madrid offices of both leading national and international law firms.
She has contributed several articles published in different Spanish newspapers and legal portals.
