Ottilia has notable experience advising clients in the Financial Services sectors on the European legal framework governing remuneration and incentives.
Ottilia is a Counsel within the Nordic Employment law team, based in Stockholm.
She advises clients on the full range of employment, pension and incentive matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Ottilia's experience particularly includes advising on employment, pension and incentive matters in connection with large-scale cross-border transactions, restructurings and re-organisations, including cross-border mergers.
Ottilia has deep knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework governing remuneration within the Financial Services Sector having assisted both financial institutions and fund management companies in their implementation of group-wide remuneration policies and systems in line with European regulation, including the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive, the Capital Requirements Directives and the UCITS V Directive and the applicable regulatory guidelines and local implementations.
She was seconded to a major Nordic bank in connection with the implementation of group-wide remuneration policies in line with the remuneration regulations set out in the Capital Requirement Directives during 2010-2011 and again during 2015.
Ottilia joined us in December 2015 and has eight years' prior experience as an employment, pension and incentive specialist.
