Ottilia is an experienced senior Associate within the Nordic Employment law team, based in Stockholm.
She advises clients on the full range of employment, pension and incentive matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Ottilia has particular experience of advising on employment, pension and incentive matters in connection with large-scale cross-border transactions, restructurings and re-organisations.
Ottilia has deep knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework governing remuneration within the Financial Services sectors having assisted both financial institutions and fund management companies with their implementation of group-wide remuneration policies and systems in line with European regulation, including the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive, the Capital Requirements Directives and the UCITS V Directive and the applicable regulatory guidelines and local implementations.
She was seconded to a major Nordic bank in connection with the implementation of group-wide remuneration policies in line with the remuneration regulations set out in the Capital Requirement Directives.
Ottilia joined us in December 2015 and has 8 years' prior experience as an employment, pension and incentive specialist.
