As a Senior Counsel working in our intellectual property team in Düsseldorf, I specialise in advising our clients on patent and utility model law.

The main focus of my work is on German and international patent infringement proceedings for clients from the electronics, engineering, home appliances and life science sectors.

My experience ranges from handling national patent infringement proceedings to coordinating large international disputes. I have represented clients before the national infringement courts and assisted in validity proceedings before the European patent office, the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court. My clients in the electronics sector include names such as Nokia, Electrolux and others.
