Ling Yee's area of practice encompasses a range of IP non-contentious matters. She assists clients in IP commercial matters, and has experience in handling franchising and IP licensing matters across various jurisdictions.
Ling Yee handles trade mark brand management and is responsible in the day-to-day management of the clients' global and regional trade mark portfolios. Additionally, she is also responsible for the management of the client's registered designs portfolios and registered designs prosecution matters.
Ling Yee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2011 with an LLB (Honours). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2012. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) Book Prize as top student in the intellectual property law course.
