As an associate in our Corporate Group in The Hague, I specialise in corporate law with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions.

Across various sectors, I specialise in merger and acquisitions matters in the broadest sense of the word, including complex cross-border transactions. Our global reach gives us the opportunity to work closely with our international offices, allowing us to give our clients multi-jurisdictional advice on all their legal matters.

During my Corporate Law studies, I undertook internships at several national and international law firms. Following this, I did research (published) on the matter of risk management of M&A transactions.
