Moritz Schroeder advises domestic and international clients on all areas of Intellectual Property with a particular focus on Patent and Unfair Competition Law.
He is a member of our Intellectual Property Practice Group and based in our Dusseldorf office.
Moritz Schroeder studied law from 2003 until 2009 at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) and Competition Law.
During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Hamm (2009 – 2011) he worked as an academic assistant in an IP boutique firm.
After completing the clerkship and first experiences as a lawyer in the field of IP Law, he became research assistant at the Ruhr-University in Bochum (chair for Civil, International Private and Comparative Law as well as the Center for International Affairs).
Mainly in the field of IP Law he has published further scientific articles and spoken at conferences.
Moritz Schroeder is fluent in German, English and French.
