I am a partner in the Intellectual Property Group and head of the Swedish Media, Entertainment & Sports Group based in Stockholm.

Advising both Swedish and international clients on issues relating to intellectual property and general business law, I have a particular focus on marketing, media and the entertainment industry.

I have advised on several cases before the Swedish Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding various intellectual property matters. I have been included in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame for my work around intellectual property and media issues.

I have more than 20 years' experience advising both Swedish and international clients in relation to, not only to intellectual property and general business law, but also to marketing, media, games as well as litigation and arbitration.

I have been a member of the Swedish Press Council, the Swedish Sponsoring Organisation and member of the IT Commission's legal observatory, and I am presently a member of the research panel on Media Law at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, and a domain name arbitrator for the Swedish Internet Infrastructure Foundation's dispute settlement programme. I am also a columnist for Sweden's largest advertising newspaper Resumé.
