I am an Associate in the Intellectual Property team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2020 on consumer protection and competition law issues. I support entities from the energy sector, e-commerce and telecommunications services. I am interested in the impact of new technologies on the existing legal framework, blockchain technology, as well as the practice of the technology giants and their impact on competition and consumer law.

I support clients in consumer affairs, competition, and intellectual property protection. I have extensive experience in antitrust proceedings and protection of collective consumer interests before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

I gained my professional experience working in well-known Polish and international law firms and in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where I conducted proceedings in the field of competition law and protection of collective consumer interests.
