I am a partner in our Corporate and M&A Group in Helsinki, where I advise our domestic and international clients on assignments related to capital markets, M&A and corporate law. I also advise our clients on regulatory matters concerning investment funds, investment firms and credit institutions.
During my career I have worked with numerous public companies with assignments covering equity issues, IPOs, M&A, corporate governance and restructuring. In addition, I have advised many Nordic and international fund managers, and investment firms on a variety of regulatory matters. My clients have described me as a business-minded and solution-oriented lawyer who is easy to work with.Before joining Bird & Bird in 2019, I worked as a Senior Legal Counsel in the corporate finance department of one of the leading financial institutions in Finland, where I handled both clients' capital markets transactions and various regulatory matters of the bank. In addition, for several years I worked at another leading Nordic law firm in Finland.
I am a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the Finnish Corporate Law Association and the Finnish Industrial Lawyers' Association.
