I am an associate in the Polish office. I specialise on IP, advertising and media law issues, as well as ecommerce.

I have always been passionate and curious about the media and technology sectors, and this fascination has greatly influenced me to work in these particular fields as a lawyer. I enjoy learning about how my clients' businesses actually work, which allows me to offer real, workable solutions. For me, an effective client relationship is all about understanding the underlying needs and objectives of the client, and then working together to achieve them.

I mostly work with clients from the creative industries, including advertising and interactive agencies, as well as other organisations being changed by technology. My particular focus covers dealing with the day-to-day commercial issues that these companies face, including copyright, consumer law, and advertising regulations. A large part of my daily work includes advising on contests, sales promotions and gambling law.

I have built up particular experience in drafting and negotiating contracts with a strong IP component, especially for cross-border transactions. I can also offer representation in contentious proceedings concerning intellectual property rights.
