With a Doctor’s degree in criminal employment law, Maxime is an open-minded and results-oriented person who is characterised by his expertise and enthusiasm.
Maxime is an associate in our International HR Services Group in Paris.
He advises on both individual employment issues (e.g. on employment contracts and termination procedures), as well as on collective employment issues such as consultation of employee representatives and handling of redundancy schemes. Maxime also assists clients before French courts in litigation cases related to employment issues.
A Doctor of Laws, Maxime holds a postgraduate degree in employment law “Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail”(Master 2) from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2). He teaches the Labor law at the University Paris Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) and the University of Picardie.

After several internships in international companies and working for another French law firm, Maxime joined us in 2013.
In addition to his native French, Maxime also speaks English.
