As a commercial associate specialising in the media, entertainment and sport sector I work with a diverse range of clients, from multinationals and broadcasters to tech start-ups and elite level sports clubs, on both ongoing advisory matters and an array of commercial transactions and regulatory issues.

My experience includes acting for distribution platforms, global media investment companies, broadcasters, gambling operators, rights holders and sports clubs / organisations. I am particularly passionate about the sports sector and, separate but now inextricably linked, the impact of rapidly evolving technology on business and consumers' everyday lives. As a result I have advised a number of tech businesses from early- to high-growth stage in relation to everything from new markets and models to as new commercial partnerships.

Time spent in my previous life as a senior corporate funds lawyer (including stints in the UK, Singapore and Netherlands) advising fund managers and investors alike on a range of cross-border primary and secondary transactions, often multi-billion Dollar/Pound/Euro, also provides me with the platform to support media and sport businesses on corporate matters.

I work closely with clients to understand their business, key drivers and stakeholders in order to provide commercial and practical legal advice, building long-term relationships in the process.
