I am an associate here in our Sydney-based Dispute Resolution Group where I advise our clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including disputes in telecommunication and technology projects.

I regularly assist in the preparation of advice and work with some of the world's leading software providers in IT litigation matters.

I am also experienced in assisting clients, especially in the technology and communications sector, on a range of competition and consumer law matters, especially those related to advertising and marketing practices. I regularly advise on issues arising under the Australian Consumer Law, including misleading and deceptive conduct and consumer guarantees. I also advise on and draft general commercial agreements, including sponsorship and distribution arrangements.

Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution Group, I undertook a rotation in the Corporate and Commercial Group. During this time I regularly assisted in advising the firm's clients on a range of corporate and commercial issues, including on cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance and general commercial contracts.

I have also assisted the firm's clients on privacy and data protection matters.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was an intern at one of Australia's largest professional services firms and volunteered at a community legal centre where I supported lawyers advising on consumer law matters.
