Mathilde has first-hand experience in public procurement.
Mathilde is a junior associate in our Danish Public Procurement Group.
Mathilde advises on planning and executing public procurement procedures and assists with drawing up contracts and other tender documents. She also advises on handling disputes during the contract period.
She has hands-on experience conducting procurement and contract management for the Danish pension fund and public administrator, ATP. She is experienced in operational and political processes, in the sense that she has a good working knowledge of business operations and governance in public entities. Furthermore, Mathilde is experienced with regard to contract management and public procurement issues related to the transfer of authority between public authorities.
Mathilde graduated with a law degree from the University of Copenhagen in August 2015. Her thesis analysed the challenges associated with changing public contracts during the contract period within the framework of the 2014 public procurement directive.
During her studies, she worked as a stagiaire with the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the EU assisting with the negotiations of EU directives and regulations. Furthermore, she has been teaching at the University of Copenhagen.
Mathilde is fluent in Danish and English.
