Marta Kwiatkowska-Cylke

I am a Counsel in the Privacy & Data Protection team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2007 on a range of domestic and international data and privacy compliance projects. I assist clients in implementing global data management strategies, international data transfers and data compliance issues. Over the years I have built up in-depth experience in supporting data rich companies from various technology driven sectors.

I have extensive experience in managing global contract review projects and support companies in drafting and negotiating data protection agreements and transfer provisions. I am truly passionate about Legal Tech solutions that facilitate legal work in these projects.

I support clients in crisis situations and data incidents. I orchestrate global data breach assessments and notifications and support companies locally by representing them during audits and in proceedings before the Data Protection Authority and the courts.

I combine a passion for data protection with an interest in unmanned aerial systems, and advise clients on regulatory and privacy issues in this emerging sector.

I have authored numerous publications on data protection and privacy. I have also been a speaker at many trainings and conferences.
