About Me

I am a Senior Counsel in our Intellectual Property team with a focus on trade marks and related rights. With much experience and pleasure I dedicate myself in particular to all aspects of international brand management, including the development of brand strategies and all registry proceedings before German and European offices and courts.

Advising national as well as international clients on nearly all aspects of trade mark law and related issues, I have gathered particular expertise in international portfolio management, including legal clearance searches, the development and implementation of global branding strategies, and all kinds of contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the German and European offices and courts.

My constant practice also comprises multi-jurisdictional disputes as well as the drafting and negotiation of - sometimes very complex - contracts, such as coexistence or settlement agreements, license and transfer agreements.

My clients appreciate among other things my thoroughness and attention to detail, which can make all the difference. At the same time, I have developed a good sense for individually tailored, business-oriented and economically sensible approaches and solutions.
