Marian specialises in data protection and telecommunications law, as well as administrative and court proceedings with the Office of Electronic Communications.

Marian is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Privacy & Data Protection practice, based in Warsaw.

Marian has been advising clients since 2011, specialising in supporting telecommunications companies in all matters relating to personal data protection in the telecommunications industry, as well as assisting with regulatory issues, such as the geographical segmentation of the wholesale broadband access market in Poland 5/2007, and the restructuring of the SMP operator to optimise the acquisition of EU funds for the expansion of telecommunications networks. 

He has also represented clients in proceedings for cancelling tenders for frequencies, booking and issuing radio licenses, as well as international coordination of radio frequencies in accordance with the Radio Regulations (RR) and the participation of ITU.

Prior to joining us, he gained his experience working in Polish and international law firms.

Marian graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
He works in Polish and English.
