I'm a junior associate in our international IP team in Denmark where I use my experience of copyright and trademark law to advice clients from a range of media & entertainment and technology & communication sectors.

I specialise in issues relating to copyright law in connection with the review and preparation of production and license agreements, as well as other agreements on the regulation of copyright rights. I have also worked on infringement cases and other copyright disputes.

My work over the past year also includes trademark law issues. Our IP team handles all types of trademark law issues; from the initial registration of a trademark to the follow-up of trademark registration and any issues relating to objections and infringements within the trademark legislation. We advise both national and international trademark registrations.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2018, prior to this I worked with data protection law in relation to implementing the GDPR in Danish legislation at the Danish Agency for Digitisation. I also worked with public requests for access and have therefore extensive experience in advising in and dealing with this. Working with data protection and public law for several years, has provided me with key insight into public authorities' decision-making processes and work procedures. I am trained in advising on the Publicity and Administration Act and the municipal government law.
