Marcin Miazga

I am a Digital & eDiscovery Manager on our Forensic Services team in Warsaw. Forensic Services work with Bird & Bird lawyers across practices and regions to provide clients with a seamless service in fraud investigations, white collar crime cases and litigation.

I have been working for clients on investigations and eDiscovery since 2015, specialising in obtaining electronic evidence and investigative analytics for clients from various industries for investigative purposes.

I have completed numerous projects involving the acquisition and processing of data from computers, mobile phones and other electronic data carriers, as well as the creation of relevant evidence documentation. I have also participated in many eDiscovery projects, supporting clients in the process of reviewing large data sets.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked on the forensic services team at one of the largest Big 4 consultancies, as well as at an international health advisory firm, where I dealt with internal investigations and eDiscovery matters, i.a. for US regulators.

I am certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner, RelativityOne Certified Pro and Brainspace Certified Analyst.
