Marcin specialises in criminal law, including corporate criminal liability and criminal procedure.
Marcin is a junior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice, based in Warsaw.
He has been advising clients since 2014, and specialises in criminal cases, in particular criminal aspects of corporate law. Marcin also advises clients on anti-bribery and AML compliance programmes. He represents clients in criminal proceedings both as defence counsel and plaintiff's attorney. He has been involved in several corruption cases in the public sector, involving VAT fraud, breach of trade secrets, and acts of unfair competition.
He prepares legal risk analysis, and supports clients with both corporate and labour law matters.
Prior to joining us, Marcin worked in a well-known Warsaw law firm, where he advised on company and labour law issues, and prepared due diligence reports. He also gained his professional experience working in the Legal Clinic at Kozminski University, where he provided pro bono legal advice in areas of both civil and criminal law. He also completed an internship in the Criminal Department at the County Court.
He graduated from the Law School at Kozminski University in Warsaw, and also completed a scholarship in international economic law and comparative corporate law at Justus von Liebig University Giessen (Germany).
Marcin is currently a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He works in Polish and English.
