Manuel Kröller

As a Senior Associate in our Munich office, I advise clients on all aspects of intellectual property, in particular trademark, design, and competition law. I specialise in the Media, Entertainment & Sports, and Technology & Communications sector groups.

One focus of my work is trademark law in all its aspects. In addition to providing strategic advice on the development of trademarks and managing registration procedures, I provide support in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of trademark claims, nationally but also internationally. In addition, I regularly deal with sports law issues.

Both my law degree and the bachelor's degree in law and economics I completed before that already focused on intellectual property law. I joined our law firm in November 2018 at the beginning of my professional career as a lawyer.
