I am an senior associate in our Energy & Utilities team in Warsaw where I specialise in providing advice to our clients in the energy sector.

I'm passionate about providing advice for energy sector companies. My main area of interest is renewable energy sources (RES). I gained my professional experience advising on investments relating to the construction and functioning of wind farms and photovoltaic installations. I also support clients by providing advice on the Greenfield development of solar energy projects.

My energy expertise also covers advising on key energy regulatory matters. I represent clients in administrative proceeding before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.

I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge, so I take every opportunity to participate as a speaker in conferences and seminars on the energy sector. I've also authored numerous press articles related to RES.

During my free time I continue to develop my knowledge of French law. I obtained my second Master's degree in European and International Economic Law at the University Paris-Dauphine (Master 2 Droit Européen et International des Affaires). I was also a lecturer in legal French at the University of Wrocław.

  • My experience also includes advisory in the gas sector. I advised PGNiG in the Open Season procedure for the Baltic Pipe project, and thus in the related transaction executed by PGNiG with Polish gas TSO (Gaz System) and Danish gas TSO (Energinet.dk) for capacity allocation in the Baltic Pipe offshore gas pipeline. This transaction, which Bird & Bird advised on for nearly a year, is valued at nearly EUR 2 billion.
