Lucinda has experience of a broad range of competition and EU regulatory matters.
Lucinda is an associate in our Competition & EU Group, based in London.
She advises on competition and EU regulatory matters and has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including automotive, aviation and defence, IT and telecommunications and financial services. Her experience to date includes:
- acting in the Air Cargo cartel litigation before the High Court in England;
- advising a world-leading technology company on merger filings before the European Commission and US Department of Justice;
- attending a dawn raid by the Competition and Markets Authority where she advised on privilege, compliance and "seize and sift" issues; and
- a secondment to our Brussels office where she acted in a cartel investigation before the European Commission.
Lucinda holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law, specialising in competition law, from the University of Nottingham.
