As an associate in our international HR Services team in Shanghai, I have almost nine years' experience in employment law and employee relations in China, specialising in advising our multinational clients on cross-border issues.

I am experienced in advising multinational clients on a broad range of employment issues, including economic retrenchment, hire, cross-border employment structure, and exit, secondment, senior executive termination and solution of disputes, union matters, and M&A related issues, employee data protection, stock incentive, employment related investigations, trade secrets and non-compete restrictions, as well as employment related compliance matters (such as anti-corruption, harrassment, discrimination, etc).

My clients operate in a wide range of sectors including luxury, retail (particularly luxury goods), manufacturing, retail, technology, and automobile.
