Lisa Marie Merkel

I am an associate in our Regulatory and Administrative team in Düsseldorf, where I advise companies and the public sector on public commercial and public procurement law.

My tasks as a lawyer include comprehensive advice and support for clients in European und national procurement law and IT law as early as the preparatory phase of the procurement procedure.

After studying law, I worked in various law firms in the field of data protection and IT law as a research associate, where I gained valuable knowledge and fundamental experience that I use in my daily work. I joined our firm during my legal clerkship as an academic associate. Since then I specialised on public procurement law.
