I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution group in Singapore, with a particular interest in complex, cross-border commercial disputes. I have acted for and advised both local and international clients in a variety of such disputes, with an emphasis on contractual claims.

I fully appreciate that every matter brings along with it a unique set of challenges and issues. It is within each of these distinctive fact patterns that I strive to help clients achieve commercially sensible solutions that best serve their interests. This means approaching each matter with the overall strategy in mind and providing strategic advice every step of the way.

I am grateful to be a part of an international disputes team - having had the opportunity to act for and advise both local and international clients (including clients from America, South Korea, Germany and Ukraine) on multiple cross-border contentious matters (involving breach of commercial contracts, product liability claims and disputes on assets held on trust before the domestic courts and international arbitration tribunals).

I firmly believe that, with our team's wealth of experience in complex cross-border issues and our integrated network with our colleagues in our offices around the world, we are well-placed to provide our clients with quick, comprehensive and practical solutions to their problems.

As part of my civil and commercial litigation portfolio, I have acted for clients before both the Supreme Court and the State Courts of Singapore. Separately, as part of my international arbitration portfolio, I have advised and represented international clients in various international arbitration matters administered by the SIAC and the SCC Rules, whose matters involve complex jurisdictional issues. With this experience, coupled with my fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, I am confident that I will be able to work with clients to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and practical manner.
