As part of our Intellectual Property team in Hamburg, I advise clients across various business sectors in all matters concerning IP litigation, branding strategies and unfair competition law.

My practice is focused on advising and representing clients in trademark and unfair competition disputes, and providing strategic guidance to establish and maintain effective brand portfolios. This includes legal proceedings from infringement litigation to registration, opposition and cancellation of trademarks before the German and European courts, and trademark offices and clients from the media, cosmetic, energy and automotive sectors. My broader expertise in IP law includes copyright and design law as well as entertainment law.

Before joining our firm, I spent several years in the United States, gaining experience at law firms in the field of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and the legal department of a bilateral trade organisation before completing my LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property and Information Law. During my studies, I focused on US and international copyright, trademark and entertainment law.
