Leila advises on all fields of German and European public commercial law.
Leila is an associate and a member of our International Regulatory & Administrative Practice Group, based in Hamburg.
She advises domestic and international clients on matters of public procurement, state aid and export control law. She is experienced in complex disputes before German and European courts.
Leila studied law in Hamburg as a scholar of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and completed a training programme in Washington, D.C. During her legal clerkship she worked for the German Consulate General in New York. She has also worked for a member of the Hamburg Parliament for several years.
Leila speaks German, English, French and Albanian.
