Laurence specialises in providing truly international tax advice to clients, particularly in respect of significant transactions.
Laurence is the head of our tax department in France.
She has significant experience advising on a wide range of tax matters for French and international groups across a broad spectrum of industries including IT, Life Sciences, Communication, Media, Insurance and Financial Services.
Laurence has particular expertise in dealing with international tax issues related to significant transactions such as acquisitions, cross border mergers, tax audits and tax litigation, partnerships alongside managing day-to-day matters for her clients.
She joined us in October 2011, having previously worked at Landwell & Associés, and PwC London for 15 years.
Laurence is member of IFA, I.A.C.F, and A3F. She holds a Post Master degree (DESS) in business tax law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and a Post Master degree (DEA) in international tax law from the University of Paris II Assas.
She is fluent in English and French.
