As head of Bird & Bird's Tax Group in France, I am specialised in providing truly international tax advice to clients, particularly in respect of significant transactions.

I am highly experienced in advising clients on a wide range of tax matters for French and international groups across a broad spectrum of industries mainly, life science, high tech, energy, insurance, distribution and communications.

My practice offers expertise in dealing with international tax issues relating to significant transactions such as acquisitions, cross border mergers, transfer price issues, tax audits, tax litigation and cooperation alongside day-to-day tax matters.

My expertise within Bird & Bird focuses on IP and IT rich groups, where R&D and IP/IT developments are key drivers to their business. France is a very attractive country for these sectors. R&D tax credit together with new IP/Patent box regimes are very attractive tax incentives regimes when carefully managed. We help clients get the best of these regimes without putting them at risk.

We help also our clients to manage the significant European tax challenges (Gafa tax, tax evasion scheme avoidance).

I like to coordinate global projects by setting up teams of legal experts when structuring significant transactions and international partnership. I build long term relationship with French and international groups and I like to deeply understand our clients' needs in order to find appropriate added-value advice and solutions.

I am a member of IFA, I.A.C.F and A3F. I'm fluent in English and French.
