Laura Ruby, LL.M.

I am an Associate in our Frankfurt office and I advise German and international companies and financial institutions on contractual matters. I advise and represent our clients both in out-of-court negotiations as well as in court and arbitration proceedings.

I am particularly interested in the drafting of contracts in complex infrastructure projects as well as all liability issues in connection with "disruptive technologies", whether in the industrial, energy or financial sector. As a member of our international Automotive Group and Energy & Utilities Group, I specialise in advising clients from the automotive, energy and infrastructure sectors on contractual issues as well as on various warranty and liability issues.

Before I joined Bird & Bird, I worked as a judge in Stuttgart.
