I am an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw.

I am an attorney-at-law and have a PhD in banking law. I specialise in financial transactions, banking and financial law, as well as transactional aspects of civil and commercial law, and have been advising clients since 2015.

I have extensive experience in advising Polish and foreign banks, and investment funds. I have worked for banks and bank syndicates, as well as borrowers on project finance, acquisition finance and on financing and refinancing real estate projects. I have also advised large energy companies, e.g. by leading a team of lawyers on financing for the amount of PLN 10 billion. I also have extensive experience in the processes of selling debt portfolios to securitisation funds, as well as in investment agreements for the formation of alternative investment funds.

I prepare comprehensive financing documentation, including facility credit agreements in the LMA standard, legal opinions and memoranda in the field of banking and financial law (including regulatory aspects and AML), and carry out due diligence. I also conduct seminars on credit documentation with particular emphasis on credit agreements and collateral documentation.

I gained my professional experience working in a reputable Polish law firm, the Polish-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and advising entities from the SME sector.
