I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in our Warsaw office, specialising in data protection law, IP, internet law and new technologies law.

I have been advising clients since 2012. I have extensive experience in advising on civil, commercial and EU law for Polish and foreign companies, from the automotive industry and real estate sector. I have worked on numerous projects related to implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and have represented clients in numerous proceedings, regarding i.e. protection of names, trademarks, as well as personal rights in terms of the right to privacy.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience by working for leading international and Polish law firms. I also completed a traineeship at the Council of the European Union in Brussels.

  • Experience in working for private and public sectors by designing privacy solutions for a client active in sales processes, legal support in constructing and negotiating contracts for a company from automation sector, advising the client on consumer cases, implementing GDPR solutions in the company from the industrial sector, advising a telecom client on data protection issues.
  • Traineeships in EU institutions and Polish ministries helped me to undertake a variety of challenges. Working in an international environment gave me a unique opportunity to understand the specifics of various dynamics of work, and to communicate effectively with people of different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds.
