A chartered trade mark attorney and former advertising executive, I help grow and protect the brand portfolios of my clients to support their businesses.

Acting for tech start-ups and multinational clients alike, I advise on the expansion of their trade mark protection as their businesses grow and the management and enforcement of their rights in the UK, the EU and across the world.

I have successfully represented my clients in actions before the UK and EU IP offices and negotiated on their behalf beneficial settlement and co-existence agreements.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I practised in both large and boutique top-tier IP firms. Before that, I worked in the in-house legal department of an oil company and in criminal courts. I was also an account director in advertising and branding agencies, developing local and international campaigns and creating brands for a variety of international and local clients.
