Julie Ryttov

I am an associate in our international Tech & Comms team where I advise on complex technology and outsourcing projects. I have extensive experience with contract management and dispute resolution.

I advise companies in drafting and negotiations of IT and outsourcing contracts including IT acquisitions, licensing, OEM agreements and agreements on outsourcing of IT infrastructure and application development and maintenance. Over the years, I have been involved in the entire process from preparation of tender materials, preparation and negotiations of contracts, and subsequent contract management.

A complex technology and outsourcing project only becomes successful with a focussed contract management following signing of the contract. I have extensive experience with contract management, including dispute resolution if necessary. I have represented clients in a number of court and arbitration cases involving complex IT projects that have failed.
