Julia Fritz advices clients on public procurement matters, especially in the telecommunications and IT sectors.
Julia is an associate in our Public Projects and Procurement Practice Group, based in Düsseldorf.
She advices especially clients of the public sector on procurement matters, energy and other matters in public law. Her focus in on public procurement law, with particular reference to energy, IT and data protection law.
Julia studied law at the university of Jena. During her studies in Jena, she completed an additional degree in business law with a focus on competition law. During her legal training Julia spent time working for the Bundeskartellamt in Germany (Federal Cartel Office) and for an international law firm. Before joining us, Julia gained two years of experience at the legal part of a well-known consulting firm for taxation and auditing in the field of energy law and energy regulation with focus on renewable energies and grants to EnWG.
