Jonathan Wikström

I'm an associate in our Corporate practice group in Stockholm, where I advise clients on legal issues within corporate and commercial law.

As an associate in the Corporate practice group, I provide legal services for a variety of national and international clients on matters including both domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate law and commercial law matters.

I am curious about technology and the legal challenges that technology brings, and as a part of our Technology & Communications sector group, I am able to develop my knowledge within this area as we strive to develop an in-depth understanding of the related legal issues.

I am also involved in the Media, Entertainment and Sports sector group, which enables me to better understand clients that primarily operate within the areas of sports, gaming and gambling, as well as staying up to date on the legal development within these fields.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2020, I worked as an associate at another Stockholm based law firm, primarily within insolvency law and dispute resolution.
