Jonathan is a senior associate in our International HR Services Group based in London.
He advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious domestic and cross-border employment issues. Jonathan’s experience includes negotiating service agreements and executive severances, advising on the protection of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants, advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, advising on TUPE issues in relation to outsourcings (in both the public and private sector) and business transfers, advising on individual and collective redundancy exercises and employment tribunal litigation for a variety of claims.
In addition, Jonathan undertakes a wide variety of business immigration work and is listed in the Who's Who of International Corporate Immigration Lawyers. Jonathan regularly advises clients on the requirements of the Points-Based System as well as a range of other business immigration issues as part of their global mobility mandates, including immigration warranties and tribunal litigation. Jonathan has advised clients ranging from the telecommunications and IT industries to Hollywood celebrities, sports personalities, sporting governing bodies and other high profile individuals. Jonathan has also presented immigration briefings and tailored immigration training on the Points-Based System and related issues and has written articles on business immigration which have been published nationally and internationally.
