Joanna Gałajda specialises in IT law and cloud computing.
Joanna is an associate in our IT and Commercial Practice based in our Warsaw office.
She supports clients in the IT, finance and insurance sectors, and has participated in disputes related to the implementation of large IT projects.
Joanna regularly provides advice to clients relating to cloud computing, in particular use of cloud solutions in financial institutions, and data protection in the cloud. She has also participated in numerous conferences on cloud computing, personal data protection and cybersecurity. She has delivered presentations and publications related to the latest legal issues in technology law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. In 2014, she obtained her LL.M. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology - Chicago, Kent College of Law. Joanna also studied at the Faculty of Law, Université de Strasbourg (France) under the Erasmus Program.
She works in Polish, English and French.
