Jin Shi

I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in Hong Kong. I work with clients across a range of sectors including Tech & Comms, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and MES, for both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

In Tech & Comms, I have been involved in global patent and antitrust litigation, and have advised on issues relating to standard essential patents and FRAND.

In Life Sciences, I advise on commercial and transactional IP matters such as licensing and distribution agreements and R&D collaborations, as well as contentious matters such as patent, trade mark and unfair competition litigation and anti-counterfeiting enforcement in China and globally.

In Media, Entertainment & Sport, I have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to gaming and esports events in multiple jurisdictions. I have assisted in advising clients on various APAC projects regarding game publishing and regulatory enforcement issues.
