I'm the managing director of our Madrid team and I play a leading role in our Spanish steering committee.

I've been with Bird & Bird from the opening of our Madrid office back in 2005 and I am fluent in Spanish and English.

Here in Madrid, I'm responsible for supplier relationships, budgetary control and forecasting, time and expense control, financial control, tax matters and liaison with our international financial group. As well as leading the accounts team, I'm responsible for office services and HR.

I'm also involved in strategic and business development initiatives and internal processes locally and internationally.

I'm skilled in developing continuous relationships with our clients, providing them with the best possible ways of doing business with us, now and in the long term.

With over 20 years' experience in financial operations and management in professional services, I was chief auditor at Viajes Marsans - one of the biggest Spanish tourist companies – and controller at A.T. Kearney, a leading global consulting firm, before joining Bird & Bird.
