Jesús ' experience in financial operations and fee management is an additional valuable asset for our clients.

Jesús Vega is the Managing Director in our Madrid office.

Responsible for budget control and forecasting, time and expense control, financial control of several projects, tax matters and relationship with suppliers, preparation and delivery of regular reports and ratios to the international financial group, Jesús also leads the Accounts team.  His other duties include supervising Office Services and Human Resources. He is member of the Spanish Steering Committee and is involved in strategic and business development initiatives and internal procedures within the firm at local and international levels.

Jesús is especially skilled in maintaining continuous relationships with clients and providing them with suitable fee arrangements and helpful financial mechanisms.  Both cautious and flexible, Jesús is able to foresee and solve challenging situations our clients may face.

Jesús has over 20 years' experience in financial operations and management in professional service companies, including 5 years as Chief Auditor at Viajes Marsans, one of the biggest Spanish tourist companies and 6 years as Controller at A.T. Kearney, a leading global consulting firm.  He joined us in 2005, when we opened our Madrid office.

Jesús holds a degree in Economics from Complutense University in Madrid (specialising in Public Sector and Monetary Economy) as well as MBA from Know How Business School (in association with the Cambridge University) and  a Masters degree in Financial Management and Control  from Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid.

In addition to his native Spanish he is fluent in English.
