Jeremy Sharman is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in London.
Jeremy has considerable experience of advising major financial institutions, multi-nationals and government bodies, on a wide range of commercial disputes and risk management issues often with an international element. In particular, he focusses on disputes in the banking and financial services, communications and technology sectors, including in relation to complex financial products, the delivery of business critical systems and communication and data networks.
He also has extensive procurement experience and regularly advises clients (both customers and suppliers) on public procurement challenges in the High Court in relation to contract awards across a range of sectors including health, energy, defence and environmental services.
As a member of the firm's Transformational Projects Group, he has been involved in some of the world's largest and most complex projects advising on risk mitigation and dispute resolution strategies.
As well as conducting litigation at all levels, Jeremy has extensive experience of arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution including expert determination.
In addition to being UK qualified, he is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong where he practiced for a number of years.
