Jenny is an enthusiastic commercial lawyer with an interest and expertise in the media, entertainment and sport and retail and consumer sectors.  

Jenny is an associate in our Media, Entertainment and Sports Group, based in London.

She advises a range of media, entertainment and sports clients (including consumer brands, social media platforms, start-ups, sports teams and news publishers) on a variety of commercial contracts and consumer matters.  

Jenny has experience in advising on advertising and marketing law including prize promotions and competitions, copy clearance, pricing practices, product naming, efficacy claims and comparative advertising. 

Jenny has been seconded to The Football Association where her work included drafting media rights licensing agreements, representation agreements and advising on and running numerous promotional and marketing arrangements. Jenny has also been seconded to a start-up tech client, a collecting society for music performance rights and is currently on a part-time secondment to a global newspaper brand. 

Jenny obtained her undergraduate and Masters' degrees from Durham University before studying the GDL and LPC at Kaplan Law School. She trained with Bird & Bird and qualified in 2015.
