Being part of the Employment practice in Hong Kong, I advise multi-national clients on a range of employment matters.

I became drawn to employment law because I love how human-centric it is - employment law is about relationships and how to make these relationships work. Employment law is so much more than just getting the law right, but also about providing clients with practical strategy and solutions that are context and culture specific.

A day in the office involves me drafting and reviewing contracts for employment, advising global corporations on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, and handling employment disputes. What I enjoy most about my work is providing solutions to problems and assisting clients in growing their relationships with their employees.

Our team is close-knit but also independent - it is the best of both worlds as we have the collected wisdom of our entire team but also freedom for individual creativity and innovation.
