I am a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group based in Paris, with strong expertise in corporate criminal liability.

I have assisted clients in several of the biggest white collar litigation cases of the last ten years, developing deep expertise across several areas of corporate criminal liability. I regularly assist corporate officers and legal entities, particularly in matters relating to financial offences and criminal liability in France and internationally.

My practice also encompasses matters relating to criminal labour issues, cybersecurity and fraud. I defend victims of terrorism and special forces soldiers suffering post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I also assist my clients in influence/competitive intelligence and strategic matters.

I have previously taught corporate criminal law at the University of Paris I. I also teach white collar crime law at the EGE (Ecole de guerre économique) in Paris and provide training in criminal procedure at the Ecole de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux of the Paris Court of Appeal.
